In this listing we present the Lumbung Villa type.

A lumbung was originally not a house, but a traditional rice barn. This type of structure is mainly found on Lombok and Bali and is closely connected to the agricultural culture of rice farming in Indonesia.

For that reason, this design fits perfectly within the green rural surroundings in which this project is being developed.

The Lumbung Villa consists of two levels and combines traditional Indonesian architecture with a rustic and practical layout.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with space for the kitchen at the rear of the room. Large glass doors and wide openings provide natural ventilation, while the generous glass surfaces allow plenty of daylight to enter the villa. This creates a bright and open living space that connects naturally with the surrounding environment.

At the back of the villa is the first bedroom. This spacious bedroom features its own bathroom, which is partly open – a design element often used in tropical villas in Bali. In addition, this bedroom has a small private terrace where you can enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.

Each phase will feature seven to eight different villa types, creating a more varied and interesting environment than many typical villa projects. The architecture is inspired by traditional Indonesian design combined with modern elements that enhance comfort and functionality.

Materials such as bamboo, alang-alang roofing and teak wood are widely used in the construction of the villas. These natural materials help create a warm and authentic atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape.

Besides the villas themselves, the resort will offer several shared facilities. The central area will include swimming pools, restaurants, co-working spaces, a fitness center and a yoga pavilion. A spa and massage area will be developed in a quieter part of the property surrounded by jungle.

The surrounding scenery is one of the highlights of the location. From the resort you will enjoy views across rice fields, tropical jungle and the mountains of Bali, including Mount Agung. Two waterfalls can be reached within about fifteen minutes walking distance.
