This traditional Balinese villa is situated in a tranquil part of Penestanan. It is a spacious two-story villa where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony, offering unobstructed views of the lush green rice fields in front of the villa.

On the ground floor, there is a large enclosed living room that can be cooled with air conditioning. Another option is to open all the doors, allowing fresh air to cool the room. At the back of this living room, there is a partially open kitchen.

Next to the living room, you will find the first bedroom.

On the same floor, there is also a spacious bathroom that belongs to the bedroom but can also serve as a guest toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Here, you'll find a very large bedroom that occupies almost the entire first floor. Besides the bed, there is a small sitting area and a desk where you can carry out your work.

This large bedroom has its own private bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful tranquility surrounding the villa.

However, the place where you are likely to spend the most time is the large covered terrace. This terrace features a dining table and a large daybed. On sunny days, you can relax in the shade here, and during heavy tropical rain, you can still sit outside comfortably under the cover.

If you want to cool off, you can take a dip in the pool. If there are children, they can safely run around in the garden.

Next to the villa, there is storage space and an additional building that once served as security. It's not so much about security now but rather about welcoming guests who may arrive late at night and need assistance. This space can now be used for staff or as a small workshop.

The villa can only be reached on foot or by motorcycle. It is located at the end of a small alley. The advantage is that there is absolutely no traffic, ensuring peace and quiet. If you have access to a car, it might be possible to rent a garage. These open garages are about 400 meters from the villa.

The villa is located in West Penestanan. In the immediate vicinity, there are some restaurants and a place for practicing yoga. Ubud can be reached by motorcycle in about 15 minutes, or it takes just over half an hour on foot.

This spacious villa is offered with a 25-year lease. The lease begins when your lease agreement is signed at the notary. An option to extend the lease can potentially be negotiated with the villa owners.
