As an investor in these Seminyak villas, you purchase shares in one of the LTD holdings. The LTD you are purchasing shares in depends on the amount you are investing. The LTD's are the sole shareholders of the PT PMA in Bali. The PT PMA owns the land and the villas we are building in Bali. With the shares you purchase the right on the dividends that are divided in the LTD's. All profits will be paid out from the PT PMA into the LTD's in Hong Kong on a monthly base.

Our management uses a point system to classify low, high and peak season and per season 1 night will cost more points, please ask for more details.

LONG PAYMENT TERM 

The total investment is allocated across multiple stages that align directly with the construction schedule which takes 12-15 months. This structured approach involves 6 separate payments, ensuring investors have confidence, visibility, and liquidity throughout the construction process.

PROJECT TIMELINE

For phase two the ground-breaking is expected in December 2023 and the phase 2 of the resort will open in Q2 2025. The payment system is following the building progress. The down payment is needed to secure your entry into the project. The land-lease is 27 years, what gives a 25 year plus lease after the building is finished and there is an option for extension of another 20 years.
