This is a very unique and rare land to find of totally 8 are with an IMB (permit to build) for building a villa/house. Upper 4 are is flat and lower 4 are of the land is sloping towards west. Its 17-18 degrees Celsius night-time and goes, during the day, up to around 24-25. Fresh clean air. No need for air-cons at this place.
We like to sell this paradise as we have changed our plans and do not have enough time to go up there to enjoy it very often. The only action now that is left is to build the bigger house, everything else is on place. We have decided to leave this final action of building the house to the new owners. So they can do it with their own taste and budget.
