The central area will feature swimming pools, restaurants, co-working spaces, a fitness area and a yoga pavilion. In a quieter part of the property, surrounded by jungle, a spa and massage area will be created.

 

The Tegallalang area is known for its impressive rice terraces and lush green landscapes. From the resort you will enjoy views across rice fields, tropical jungle and the mountains of Bali, including Mount Agung. Two relatively unknown waterfalls can also be reached within about fifteen minutes walking distance.

 

Owners can choose to live in their villa permanently if they wish. Many buyers, however, will use their villa as a holiday home while visiting Bali. During the remainder of the year the resort management can take care of rentals and full property management.
