The structure is finished with an alang-alang grass roof, blending perfectly with the surrounding natural landscape.

From the living pavilion you can access the first two bedrooms of the estate.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace and swimming pool. The room features a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights is the bathtub placed beneath a pergola, creating a relaxing semi-outdoor bathing experience.

Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with a very similar layout. The main difference is the presence of a private balcony overlooking the surrounding rice fields. Like the first bedroom, it also includes a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with bathtub. From the bath you can enjoy peaceful views across the green landscape that defines the Ubud area.

A guest toilet completes this section of the villa.

Walking further into the garden you reach a separate building dedicated entirely to entertainment and leisure.

At the center of this space stands a billiard table, creating a relaxed social atmosphere. A bar area is also present, ideal for hosting friends or enjoying evening drinks. Adjacent to this space is a separate room that can function as a children’s game room or a private cinema.

Sun loungers and a jacuzzi make this terrace a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The structure beneath the terrace has been reinforced to ensure stability, even during periods of heavy rainfall.
