The spiritually charged hillside retreat is harmonized with the surrounding environment by adapting Tri Hita Karana, a Balinese traditional philosophy for life on the island of Bali, Indonesia.

The literal translation is roughly the “three causes of well-being” or “ three reasons for prosperity”/ It promotes harmony among fellow human beings through communal cooperation and promoting compassion harmony towards God, manifested in numerous rituals and offering to appease deities, and harmony with their environment which strives to conserve nature and promote the sustainability and balance of the environment.

This resort is offering 1, 2- and 3-bedroom villas.

Each villa is having its own private swimming pool and a view over the surrounding valley. The resort is offering several facilities like a large parking area, lobby and reception, restaurant, spa and a wedding facilities. 

Owners are allowed to live permanent in their unit but of course, you can also join the management and rent out your unit and generate a nice income.

The villas are offered with a freehold ownership title or a 60 years lease.

The soft opening of the resort is predicted in April 2023.
