Perhaps this villa looks familiar to you. That's right. We have previously listed this villa, however, as a villa in need of renovations. Well, those renovations have been done and behold, the villa looks fantastic. In addition to the villa, you also have access to something else, something unique. The villa is located at the top of the valley containing a river. From the villa you have a magnificent panoramic view over the valley, rice fields and the mountains. There are not many private villas available with a similar view.

The villa consists of several buildings. These buildings are made of merbau wood, a strong type of wood. In addition, most roofs have a sirap (ironwood) roof. Everything exudes quality and the owners have done their best to get the villa in top condition, which they succeeded.

The villa has a spacious parking space for several cars. In addition, there is a separate building especially for the staff. At the moment the villa has 6 staff members.

The villa is located in Sayan. From the villa you drive in about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of Ubud. This location is unique as there are almost no private villas available that are built directly on the cliff of the valley. Yes, you will find many different luxury hotels along the cliff, but a private villa is unique. Previously the villa had a rental license but this has now expired. If a future buyer would like to rent out the villa, he or she will have to apply for the rental license again.

At the time of our visit to the villa (early December 2021), the renovation was not yet completely finished. The photos show that the roof of the master bedroom is not yet completely finished. However, this is only a few days’ work so during your visit to the villa you will see a completely new villa.

There is still some space in the garden in front of the villa. You may consider building a lift here that will go directly to the river in the valley. The price for such a lift will be around IDR 200.000.000.

If you are interested in a visit to the villa, you will have to submit a bank statement. The owner is not in a rush to sell the villa. There is some space to negotiate the price but those who are looking for a villa with a “corona price” should skip this villa. The owner has put a lot of time, money and energy into the villa and ultimately, he wants a realistic price in return.
