The entire building consists of 4 floors. We start with the top floor where you can find the studios. The total living area is slightly more than 50m². This may sound small, but the available space is used efficiently.

Upon entering the studio, you find yourself in a small hallway that provides access to the bedroom and the living room. The living room is divided into two sections, the seating area and the kitchen area.

In the center of this space is a sort of cooking island with chairs for the dining area on one side and a seating area built into this block on the other side. This way, the available space is used efficiently.

The bedroom is approximately 15m² and has a large window with a French balcony. From the bedroom, you have access to the bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower, and sink.

On the first and second floors, we find the mezzanines.

After opening the door, you enter the mezzanines through the open kitchen. Here, a clear separation is made between the dining room and the living room. Right next to the kitchen is a pantry where you can store items or place your personal belongings if you are not in Bali and want to rent out your unit.

Next to the kitchen, you can find the bathroom, which also consists of a toilet, shower, and sink, similar to the studio.

Going upstairs, you find the open bedroom. Both the front and back have large windows, allowing plenty of light to enter the living unit. At the head of the bed, a desk is made so that you can work comfortably during your stay in Bali. This space also includes a built-in closet.
