There are 7 3-bedroom villas available. Each villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the open living area, dining area and in the corner the kitchen.

This room is open so fresh air can circulate. However, if you prefer to have this living area closed, then it will be easy to do so. Place some glass walls and sliding doors and you have an enclosed living area in which you add an AC.

The first bedroom can be found on the ground floor next to the living room. This bedroom is having sliding doors, giving access to the swimming pool and pool deck. The bedroom is having its own en-suite bathroom.

Climbing up the stairs and you will enter the other 2 bedrooms. Also, these bedrooms are having their own en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are separate from the bedroom by a large glass wall. 

Each bathroom in the villa is having its own bathtub. The bedrooms are having high ceilings and glass frontages giving it a spacious atmosphere.

One of the bedrooms has in addition a large rooftop terrace. This terrace is placed above the living area.

The villas are located in a small private complex in a side street from Legian Street. Entering the complex and you will notice that you have left behind the busy Legian Street. In fact, this complex is a small green oasis in the heart of Seminyak.

Walking out of the complex and you will find shops and restaurants in the direct surroundings. The beginning of Oberoi Street is just about 5 to 10 minutes walking away and the nearest beaches in Seminyak are just about 5 to 10 minutes driving away.

Owners may live permanent in their villa. However, it is also possible to use the management to rent out your property. We don’t have figures about rental income as the villas has just been finished during covid.
