Just about 2 or 3 minutes walking, that is all it will take to get to Seminyak’s main street or Eat Street. Still, the villa is a bit tucked away so you will not hear any noise from the passing traffic in the main street.

This villa has been made of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a very large living area with in the far left corner a modern Western styled kitchen.  Attached to the kitchen is the dining area. Under the stairs you will have the guest toilet.

Climbing up the stairs you will find 3 bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are having their own en-suite bathroom.  The 2 bedrooms in the front of the villa are also having their own private balcony, overlooking the near surroundings.

In the garden you will find the large swimming pool with attached the pool deck. Next to the swimming pool is an raised large gazebo. Imagine sitting here with your family or friends, sipping your cocktail during the sunset. The place is large enough to host 7 or 8 people.  A fan gives some fresh breeze on hot days. 

The villa is situated in a small alley. It is possible to come to the villa by car and the villa is having its own garage.   

Main attracting of the villa is however the prime location. In fact, it is totally not necessary to have a car.  All facilities Seminyak has to offer are located on a short walking distance. 

Restaurants, boutiques and the Seminyak Square/Village shopping area is just about 5 minutes walking away from the villa. 

Nearest beach can be reached in about 15 minutes walking. 

If you really need some transport, then you always can halt one of the many taxis passing the main street. 

The villa is offered semi furnished. The villa comes with a rental license.
