This villa is situated in an older complex on the beachside of Sanur. Is it a problem that this is an older complex? Certainly not. This resort is perfectly maintained. As soon as you enter the complex, you feel as if you've stepped into a green oasis, right in the middle of the built-up area of Sanur. The complex has almost no concrete walls. The separation between the different properties consists of lush tropical vegetation.
The villa is located at the end of the resort. The property consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen. From the living room, you can access both bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with the master bedroom featuring a bonus bathtub. From this bedroom, you can also open the doors and take a dip in the small swimming pool.
At the front of the villa, there is a covered terrace where the dining table is currently placed. You can be sure that most of your meals will be enjoyed on this terrace. From the kitchen, you have access to an additional small terrace at the back of the villa. Here, you’ll also find a large garden with a spacious gazebo in the center, where two people can easily relax.
As mentioned, the pool is not large. It’s more of a plunge pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Sun loungers are placed under the parasol next to the pool.
This complex is located on the beachside of Sanur. From the villa, it’s a 10-minute walk to Sanur’s main street. If you walk another 5 minutes, you’ll be on the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are all within reasonable walking distance.
Since this villa is in a commercial complex, the property is regularly rented out. However, if you’re looking for a high return on investment, you might want to consider another villa. Does this mean the villa isn’t well-rented? No, that’s definitely not the case. The complex attracts many (returning) guests. However, the fact that owners can stay in their villa without restrictions lowers the average rental income. Owners sometimes stay in their own villa for months, enjoying all the beauty that Sanur has to offer. But that doesn’t mean there’s nothing left over. From the rental income, you can cover the villa’s maintenance costs, pay for your flights to Bali, and still have money left over. In short, you can stay in your own villa at a relatively low cost.
Do you feel the same way? Would you like to enjoy your own villa in a prime location for a few months each year, and also earn some rental income when you’re not in Bali? Then this villa is the perfect future home for you.
