This completely new villa, built in November 2023, is located in West Sanur. Situated on a quiet street, it is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. The villa features 2 bedrooms and an additional building where an extra bedroom can potentially be added.

Let's start with the Joglo villa. It boasts a spacious living room. On one side of the living room, you'll find the open kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there is ample space for a large dining table with, for example, 6 chairs. Opposite the kitchen is the seating area, offering enough room for a large sofa, table, and various cabinets. The villa is sold unfurnished, allowing a future resident to implement their own creative ideas for decoration. If you lack the time or inclination for this, the current owner is willing to furnish the villa for you, of course, for a fee.

From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is generously sized at 20 square meters. Each bedroom has a space where you can have a built-in wardrobe installed. Naturally, each bedroom also has its own bathroom. From your bed, you have a view of a small private garden. Currently, there aren't many plants in this area, but you can beautifully decorate this corner with plants, a sculpture, and garden lighting to illuminate these plants and the sculpture. Alternatively, create a seating area here, and you'll have your own private corner.

Opposite the villa, there is an additional building. This structure consists of a toilet, sink, open shower space, and a room. At the moment, the water pump for the pool is located in this room, making it easily accessible for maintenance. However, if the pump is relocated, for instance, to the parking area, you can use this room for other purposes. Consider it as an extra bedroom, office space, spa/massage room, or workshop. But if you simply need storage space, the pump can remain, and you can install cabinets and shelves in this room.

In the center of the garden, a pool has been installed with space for a few loungers. The villa comes with its own parking space.

The villa is situated in West Sanur. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the nearest beach. Shops and some restaurants are at a shorter distance from the villa. (International) schools can also be found in Sanur and Denpasar, making this villa suitable for a family with children.
