The villa consists of an open living area with the kitchen on the left side. If you do not need an open living room, it is fairly easy to place a glass front here so that you can close off this living area. In that case, you can also place an AC to cool the room.

The third part in this house is the open bathroom. At the front of the bathroom is a bathtub. In addition to the bathroom, there is an outdoor shower available.

You drive in about 10 to 15 minutes to the center of Ubud.

The villa is offered with a 20-year lease. If you would like a longer period, we can discuss that. If 20 years is enough for this moment, there is still the option to extend the lease by 10 years. In this case you will have to pay for the house + the land if you want to make use of this option to extend.
