Before we outline the options, let us describe the full layout of the complex.

The estate is situated across varying elevations. Currently, stairs lead to the lower areas near the river, but if accessibility is a concern, installing a lift could be a suitable solution.

The property is located in Kediri, just 5 minutes by car from the town of Tabanan, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants. The vibrant Nuanu community is around 20 minutes away. Canggu, with its many shops and dining options, is reachable in about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
