The villa is situated on the outskirts of Kaba Kaba, at the end of a small alley. With no through traffic, you will experience absolute tranquility. You can park your car right at the front door, along with several motorbikes.

Villa Layout

Upon entering, you walk up a staircase leading to a spacious garden with a large swimming pool. From here, you can already enjoy the stunning views of the rice fields and watch the local farmers working on their land. As an extra feature, a large sliding wall has been installed, allowing you to expand your panoramic view while also enhancing ventilation in the garden.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the right side, you will find two bedrooms, separated by an interconnecting door. This makes these rooms ideal for families, such as parents who want to sleep close to their children's room. Both bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms. Additionally, a large open wardrobe has been installed behind the beds.

This floor also includes an extra multifunctional room. You can place a single bed or bunk bed here, making it an ideal children’s room or playroom. If you don't have children, this space can also serve as an art studio, game room, or massage room. This room does not have its own bathroom, but if desired, a wall can be opened to provide access to the adjacent bathroom.

Furthermore, there is an additional space on this floor that can be used as an office.

The Joglo – Your Charming Living Space

The authentic Joglo, dating back to 1960, is located on the first floor. The parts of the Joglo that were not directly used in the construction have been repurposed into furniture throughout the villa, such as the walk-in closets and beds.

The Joglo serves as a spacious and atmospheric living room with stunning views. In one corner, you’ll find the kitchen, with a pantry behind it for additional storage space. Large terraces are located on both sides of the Joglo. On one side, there is enough space to set up a barbecue, while the other side features a covered seating area. Here, you can entertain guests and enjoy the sunset. Since the villa faces west with no buildings blocking the view, you can admire breathtaking sunsets almost daily.
