Sometimes apartments are offered in beachfront hotels. Nice, but what is the point if your own unit is finally having a view on the garden. You don’t have this situation with this apartment we can offer. This apartment is located in a beachfront hotel but it is also having a beach and ocean view.

This modern apartment is located on the 4th floor. 

The apartment is long shaped and luxurious decorated. After entering, you first will find the walk-in wardrobe. After this, there is a spacious bathroom with a glass wall, looking into the bedroom.

The bedroom itself is having the size of a suite. There is a large seat area available next to the king size bed. Of course each unit is having its own TV and fridge. This apartment is having a large balcony with a day bed on it. What to think of watching the sunset, sitting in your own bathtub on this balcony. 

During our visit to the unit, it was not possible to make pictures of the actual unit itself as this was occupied. We have made pictures of the unit next to the apartment which we are offering. The difference is, that the apartment offered is located in a corner. This apartment is having extra windows which make it possible to get extra light into the room. So, the actual room we are offering is lighter compared with the room of which we took the pictures.

Owners of apartments in this hotel are allowed to stay for 30 days free per year. A management fee is USD 0.50/m2 per month. This unit is 80m2 large so per month you will pay USD 40 or USD 480 per year.
