Upon entering the villa, you will find the first bedroom immediately on your right. This spacious room has its own en-suite bathroom with a partially open shower.

Opposite this bedroom is the spacious open plan living area. This living area is completely open, giving you natural ventilation. This living area is finished in polished concrete. In one corner is a small mini garden. The green plants give a nice contrast to the rest of the living room.

Next to the living room is bedroom number 2. This bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and of course its own en-suite bathroom. There is a large window in this bathroom through which a lot of light can enter.

From the villa you can drive to the beach in Pererenan in about 10 minutes. The Pepito supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away and Pererenan itself has a wide choice of restaurants and shops. Echobeach can be reached in about a 15-minute drive.
