This Nusa Dua unfinished resort or villas are for sale. Why mentioning it in this way? Because you can opt for the whole complex, or you can buy an individual villa.

 

Option 1

 

Option 1 is buying the whole complex.

 

What will you get? 2 times 2 semi-detached houses and 1 separate villa. In the center of the land is an additional building which can be a small clubhouse.

 

Each villa is having about a surface of 70m2. The solid construction has been made already, plumbing and sewerage has been done. Electricity shall have to be applied.

 

The current construction makes it possible to design each villa to your own desire. The original idea was to have a living room on the ground floor with a bathroom. The first floor should have a loft

with a bedroom.

However, there is 1 villa finished (see pictures) and this villa is having 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a toilet in the middle.

The ground floor offers the living, kitchen, large bathroom and a storage room with a small terrace in front of it. 

 

Option 2

 

Option 2 is buying an individual villa. Also in this case you are flexible to finish the villa into your own desired design.

 

General

 

The estimated time to finalize a single villa will be about 3 months. Costs are of course depending on the materials you want to us but think about a price of about USD 10.000 to USD 15.000 per villa, not including furniture.

Location

 

The complex is located between Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. Beaches, shops and restaurants can be reached in between 5 and 10 minutes driving.
