Nowadays we are working on the island with some people which are already in this real estate business for many years. We are a small group of people but we are all specialized in our own area’s.
The people behind the screen:
Robert Lens.
Founder of the company Balicasa Europe. Was living in Bali for some years and started the company at the end of 2004. Is now living in the Netherlands again. Is doing the marketing and networking in the company.
Speaks Dutch, German and English.
Anna Robiana.
Anna joined the company a year after the start of it. She was already working in the real estate business, but mainly selling to local citizens. Is now taking care of the people who are visiting Bali and want to take a look at the properties. Is specialized in the Southern part of Bali, like the Bukit (area from Nusa Dua till Kuta).
Speaks English and Bahasa.
Nita Nurhayati.
Nita is new to the team. She was doing business before in the rental and hotel business.
She knows much about the Changu and Sanur area.
Speaks English and Bahasa.
Besides these people we have some boys running around and tipping us in case they have found some interesting real estate or land for sale. We are also having contact with some local real estate brokers of whom we may use their database in case we have to look for something.
We can bring you in contact with some architects and constructors in case your option will be to build a villa for yourself.
