- Pictures of the property. Please make use of the free website www.wetransfer.com to send us your pictures.

- Property details form filled out. In this case we will have the most essential details of your property available.

After having received these details, we will make an appointment with you to take a look at the property ourselves.

At this visit, we would like to receive the following copies of the property:

- copy of the land certificate

- copy of your lease agreement (in case of a lease object)

- copy of the IMB

- copy of the land tax (PBB)

- copy of the rental license (if available)
