Perhaps you've looked at our listing for apartments in Kintamani before. Spacious luxury apartments overlooking the lake and mountains. Beautiful, but maybe you prefer a sea view. In that case, we can now offer similar apartments in Melasti, southern Bali. These apartments are located just over 500 meters from the nearest cliff.

In total, 3 apartments are being offered. Each apartment will have access to a large balcony that surrounds almost the entire apartment. Additionally, each apartment has a sea view from the living room.

Each apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom will have a view of the sunrise, while the other offers a view of the sunset.

The apartment complex comes with its own elevator. Taking this elevator to the top floor, you will find a large relaxation area consisting of a bar, seating area, and a central pool measuring 7 by 4 meters. Around the pool, some lounge chairs can be placed.

On the ground floor, there's a storage space. This space can be arranged in consultation with the future owners. If there's interest, a gym could be set up here. Another option is to create a covered parking space.

Construction of the complex will begin once a down payment has been received for all apartments. The payment schedule during construction will be as follows:

10% down payment. A notary will perform due diligence, and upon approval, construction will commence with subsequent payments of: 15% / 25% / 25% / 20% / 5%.
