Near the beautiful Melasti Beach in the southern part of Bali, the first groundbreaking is currently underway for the development of a luxury villa.

This complex will consist of 3 types of villas: Superior, De Luxe, and Executive.

In this listing, we are covering the De Luxe type.

The De Luxe type is a modern two-story villa. This design features a villa with playful curves, visible in every corner of the house, including the spiral staircase leading to the first floor. Additionally, the design incorporates a twist, avoiding a rectangular shape for the villa.

On the ground floor, you'll find a very spacious living room, followed by an open kitchen with a built-in kitchen island and dining table. 

Large sliding glass doors allow seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. Open these doors, and you'll feel like you're living outdoors.

Right next to this living area is a covered terrace where you can place your dining table, allowing you to enjoy your meals even during a tropical rainstorm. A guest toilet is accessible from the living room.

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, a very spacious room with glass sliding doors providing easy access to the terrace or the pool. Naturally, this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

Moving upstairs, you'll find two very spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Additionally, there's a small room that can serve as a storage room and where you can place the washing machine.

The villa features a large terrace with an included pool. At the entrance, there's a parking space where a car can be parked if needed.

The villas are being built a short distance from Melasti Beach, an attractive location that is becoming a popular destination in the south of Bali. Most facilities, such as shops, restaurants, and schools, can be reached within a reasonable time from the villas.

The expected completion date for the villas is around November 2024.
