Near the beautiful Melasti beach in the south of Bali, the first shovel is currently hitting the ground for the development of a luxury villa complex. This complex will consist of three types of villas: Superior, The Luxe, and Executive. In this listing, we will focus on the Superior type.

The Superior villa is a modern two-story residence. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a lounge area and an open kitchen. This living space is a loft, where the large glass facade and high ceiling enhance the spaciousness. At the entrance, there's an additional room that can serve as an office, providing an ideal quiet workspace for a digital nomad. Of course, this space can be arranged differently, such as a game room, spa, or small workshop. A guest toilet is located under the stairs.

These villas are being built a short distance from Melasti beach, an attractive location that is gaining popularity in the south of Bali. Most facilities, such as shops, restaurants, and schools, are within reasonable reach from the villas.
